From Exeter - Enter the town and turn left into Millstream Meadow just before the traffic calming (cricket field on your left)

From Plymouth - Enter the town and turn right into Lawn Drive just before the traffic calming, follow the road all the way through Lawn Drive and past the Mill into Millstream Meadow
